TRADE EYES / PRODUCTS
Trade Eyes Security
Access is scoped to your organization and product role. Personal retail records are not shared with your team.

Access and credentials
Organization permissions and verified identity are checked on the server. Database row-level policies restrict organization records. Organization roles never grant site-wide administrator privileges. API keys are stored as hashes and displayed once. Temporary widget sessions expire and remain tied to active credentials.
Company-held report keys
Local institutional calculations do not upload your source files. Optional report storage encrypts the report in your browser with a company-held key before upload. Trade Eyes stores ciphertext and has no recovery key. Losing your key makes those reports unrecoverable. Broker AI and legacy business records are separate processing paths; they do not inherit this client-key guarantee.
Evidence and retention
Organization owners can export and delete permitted records. Retention periods and contractual requirements must be agreed before commercial onboarding. Do not submit unnecessary customer identities. AI analysis retains traceable model and generation metadata.
Limits of assurance
Trade Eyes does not claim SOC 2 or ISO certification, administrator-proof immutable logs, physical tenant isolation, a guaranteed SLA or independently verified infrastructure controls. Enterprise SSO, identity policies and monitoring require an agreed deployment and verified configuration. Legal and compliance approval remains with your organization.
